I provide defect diagnosis and remedial works recommendations for various building issues such as wall and ceiling cracks, component defects, dampness, and more. I use tools such as thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, and a Hygrometer to ensure accurate assessments are made.
Roof Surveys
My roof survey service can inspect almost any roof even tall and difficult structures, including chimneys and parapet walls. I use specialist equipment such as an 11m pole camera and a 249g drone to provide detailed photographs and reports on defects and general condition. I possess CAA Operator Identification and am insured in compliance with the RICS Regulations, ensuring a professional and reliable service.
