If you are purchasing an older property or you are planning to invest in a property which appears to be in a deteriorated condition, or where the basic structure has been converted or altered, it is advisable to opt for a full Level 3 Building Survey by an independent RICS surveyor to assess its general condition.

Dry Rot found throughout an entire property.
Failed roof timbers and reduced end bearing.
